FCG's vision is to:

We believe that anyone, with desire and commitment, can improve their financial state and destiny.   We believe that financial literacy & improvement is a learnable skill.   And we believe that a safe and affordable housing environment is the necessary foundation to financial improvement and empowerment.  

Ultimately, we seek every resident to own their own destiny - to own their own home.

Value of Partnerships

Through our multifamily revitalization and improvement projects, FCG provides the safe and affordable housing foundation for its resident clients.   By coupling this foundation with life empowerment training for its client residents, FCG means to transform lives and communities simultaneously.

We are a combination housing provider and marketing company - that cares.   Like you, we largely serve the Second Chance Community. However, we are not a supportive housing service provider.  

FCG seeks partnerships with strong specialized housing non-profits & community development groups that provide supportive housing services for its clients.   Together, we can design programs that touch the lives of our mutual clients.

Preferred Houser

Our goal is to be the preferred houser for specialized housing programs in the geographic markets we serve.   Count on FCG to care for your clients as you do.   Challenge us to jointly create programs that go beyond the norm.

How We Can Help Housing & Community Development Agencies

FCG can be more than a houser to its supportive housing partners.   As a for-profit, we bring additional business skills and talents to complement the roll-out or expansion of your specialized housing programs:
