Company Story
First Cornerstone Group, LLC was formed in 2004 by Lance Edwards in response to a recognized need for affordable housing and his personal experiences in life empowerment and the American Dream.
Believing that financial literacy and empowerment is learnable and that a stable housing environment is a critical foundation, Lance created the company to combine these 2 elements for the benefit of the low-to-moderate income individuals and families. Today, FCG acquires and revitalizes multifamily properties into stable housing environments while teaming with supportive housing providers on life skills training for its residents.
Additionally believing in socially responsible investing and the power of the marketplace, FCG utilizes private investment funding for its revitalization projects. Ultimately, FCG seeks to empower its residents to own their own financial destinies and own their own homes. |
